Bird Nest Mixed Media #4236b

This 6x6 canvas has been covered in layers of paper, paint and paste. The nest is made from plaster that is covered in burlap. Inside the nest I have stuffed moss eggs and hand colored paper feathers. Also tucked into the nest is a hand painted bird and a vintage style die cut. Finishing off the nest is a tag with the saying "Life is full of beauty."
