Egg Sitter on Vintage Spool #5415

Here is a cute little piece. I started with a vintage wooden spool that I lined with vintage book paper. The center of the spool is embellished with a layer of old white buttons. On top of the spool I made a nest out of grass and placed an egg in the center.

Each one is unique.
